I offer consultations online or in person clinics in beautiful Swansea in south-west Wales.

Consultations

I specialise in:

  • Nutrition for a healthy pregnancy and nutrition for breastfeeding mums
  • Infant feeding, including breastfeeding support and safe formula feeding
  • Starting solids and healthy weaning practices
  • Common Nutritional Issues such as cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA), reflux, other food allergies and intolerances, selective eating, faltering growth, bowel issues such as constipation, weight management, iron deficiency anaemia and other vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Through my services, I offer one-to-one consultations and review appointments.

New Appointment

A welcoming space to understand and support your family and child's needs. This 60 minute consultation offers a safe environment to talk through your concerns and challenges, formulate desired outcomes that will enable the changes that you would like to see.

  • A comprehensive nutrition assessment
  • A personalised assessment report
  • Referrer summary letter
  • A resource pack with practical tools and guidance
  • Follow up emails to check progress, if required.

Review appointment

These follow-up sessions are a supportive space to check in on progress, reflect on what's working and gently adjust your plan if needed. We'll revisit your desired outcomes, discuss any new challenges or questions and build on previous advice with tailored tips and guidance. After each review, you'll receive a summary report highlighting key updates and next steps-keeping you and your family moving forward.

Package of Review Appointments: These various packages are offered at a discounted price.

Cost: £120

Cloud Cloud

The cloud package consists of one follow-up appointment of up to 60 minutes duration.

The package of review appointments will need to be booked during the initial appointment.

In person clinics in the Swansea area will be charged at an additional £15 per appointment.

Home visits in the Swansea area will be charged at an additional £50

Consultation and follow-up appointment fees are in line with guidance from the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and reviewed annually.
